Approval of one refund request does not create an obligation to approve future refund requests under similar circumstances.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's payment method, banking institution, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through their financial institution.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of payment dispute systems, or misuse of refund processes may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or restriction of future purchases.
